Complaints
Last updated 28 September 2026
Draft for review. This page hasn’t been checked by a solicitor yet, and doesn’t apply to anyone until OPRIQ launches. Anything marked to confirm or proposed is still to be decided.
If something's gone wrong, we want to hear about it and put it right. Here's how, and what to expect.
The times below proposed are what we aim for, until the owner confirms them.
1. Tell us
By whichever way suits you:
- Email info@invictus247.co.uk, with “Complaint” in the subject.
- Phone 01900 406 656, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
- Write to us at Quality House, Reedlands Road, Workington, CA14 3YF.
Tell us your business's name, what happened and when, and what you'd like us to do. Screenshots or emails help, if you have them.
2. What happens next
- Within 2 working days we'll confirm we have your complaint, and who's dealing with it.
- Within 10 working days we'll give you our full answer: what we found, and what we'll do. If we need longer, we'll tell you why and when to expect it.
- Not happy with the answer? Ask for it to go to a director, who will look at it afresh and reply within another 10 working days. That is our final answer.
3. Taking it further
- About your personal information: you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at any time, at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113 (see our privacy policy).
- Anything else: if we can't agree, you can get independent advice, for example from a solicitor, and our terms say which law and courts apply.
4. Something unsafe or a security problem
If you think someone has got into your account, or you've found a security weakness in OPRIQ, email info@invictus247.co.uk straight away, with “Security” in the subject. We treat these first.
